Information contained in a passport (e.g. address, profession etc.) may be amended upon submission of appropriate documents. To amend a record on passport please submit the following:

1. Completed Application for Amendment of Record on Passport.
2. Passport (in original).
3. Prescribed Processing Fees
4. Required documents : For correction of name/date or place of birth - copy of birth certificate/SSC certificate; for change of address - copy of telephone or electricity bill, for change of profession- copy of employment certificate; or any other document required by the Consular Office.

Please note that the guidelines provided above are indicative. The Consulate General reserves the right to request for any original document at any stage for scrutiny by the Consular Office before rendering any service.
