When the Consulate General receives the application, it forwards the entire set with all supporting documents to the Ministry of Home Affairs in Dhaka for subsequent action. After issuance, the Ministry of Home Affairs sends the certificate(s) to the Consulate for delivery to the applicant(s). The Consulate informs the applicants when the certificates are received from Dhaka.
