Consulate General of Bangladesh in New York

The Consulate General of Bangladesh in New York provides consular services to expatriate Bangladeshi community and foreign nationals residing in its area of jurisdiction in the east coast of the United States. In addition, the Consulate General complements the efforts of the Embassy of Bangladesh in Washington DC to advance the economic, cultural, immigration and other interests of Bangladesh in the United States. The Consulate General is committed to providing efficient, promt and courteous services.

Hours of Operation and Holidays

Walk-in hours of operation for consular services (except for the month of Ramadan) are as follows:

Delivery of Documents

All consular documents should be picked up within 60 days from the date of delivery. The Consulate General does not take any responsibility for any document, if delivery is not taken within the stipulated time.
